When we embraced the intrinsic link of our tradition with Roman culture, we also decided to share its values and aspirations. We want to offer our customers a real cultural experience that can enrich and satisfy, as well as the stomach, also the mind, pushing them to come back again not only to confirm themselves pleased by the excellence of our cuisine, but to trigger that mechanism of curiosity in the discovery of particular and exciting stories linked to the tradition of ancient Rome, which leads them to spend not only a pleasant evening, but also an adventure that enriches them.
To date, we want to consider the opening of our restaurant as the "pilot project" of our Vision.
